Grant Amount:

  • Up to $5,000 annually for broker engagement purposes. This amount is available to state and local associations to support activities that promote broker engagement and advocacy. 
  • For associations that have not previously received this funding, the full $5,000 is available, while previous recipients can apply for up to $2,500.

Issues Mobilization Grant

REALTORS® Political Action Fundraising Grants

The RPAC Fundraising Grant supports state and local REALTOR® associations in organizing fundraising events to boost RPAC receipts and participation. Activities must yield tangible results and meet specified fundraising goals.

Grant Amount:

  • Small and medium associations (up to 1,999 members): up to $5,000 annually.
  • Large associations (2,000-6,999 members): up to $10,000 annually.
  • Mega associations (7,000+ members): up to $15,000 annually.
  • State associations: up to $15,000 annually; states with 100,000+ members: up to $30,000 annually.

Key Eligibility Requirements:

  • The fundraising goal must be three times the requested grant amount.
  • Grant applications must be fully completed and submitted at least 30 days before the event.
  • Only applicable in states where campaign finance laws permit using corporate funds for RPAC activities.

Rural Outreach Grant
